convenient location many facilities outdoor pool cannabis smell upgrade work pneumatic drill
The location was VERY convenient. The hotel had many facilities. I reminded me of I was in medieval Rome at the outdoor pool.
The smell of cannabis was constant near the reception and taxi areas. Major upgrade work commenced three days into my stay. The sound of pneumatic drills lasted for hours. I called reception to complain, but I couldn't hear the person on the other side of the line.

vip concierge great food fun atmosphere gym access
Branden Baik, the vip concierge, helped a lot with planning. The room provided was great, the food was very nice, and the atmosphere was fun. I found a great food court close to the room. THE gym and pools are as expected, which i enjoyed.
The check-in process seemed slow and manual. Kiosk availability would enhance efficiency. I noticed a headline damage on the bed, inconsistent with a hotel of this reputation.

great rooms, some small issues
large hotel easy check-in comfortable room great view
the hotel is large with much to see. check-in was easy. the room was comfortable with a jacuzzi. i liked the view, i could see all of it. it were easy to access many sites from hotel.
the parking garage was far from reception. this made carrying luggage difficult. it also was easy to get lost.

there were many food choices inside and outside of the hotel. i noticed a breakfast place inside. the place was very beautiful. it were luxurious for people eating.

ample space wonderful views well-stocked amenities
I upgraded my room to an Augustus Strip View with one King bed. The room offered ample space and provided wonderful views. I found clean towels and amenities well stocked each day.
The check-in line was long, but staff worked efficiently.

overall a fine stay
spacious room helpful staff damaged furniture hidden fee
the room was spacious it was a palace premium room 1 king bed non-smoking. the hotel is huge and near many locations. the staff are friendly and ready to answer any questions.
the furniture looked outdated the furniture was also damaged. i had to pay extra for wifi.

a legendary stay!
seamless check-in amazing pool area friendly staff
the check-in was seamless! ryan helped us get settled in quickly. the location proved excellent. i found many entertainment options within easy reach and the pool area was amazing. hiring a cabana offered a great experience. i found the staff quite friendly.
the minibar had a warning. moving items, even to look, could lead to charges. prices were pretty high. i wish there were complimentary coffee pods, especially given the keurig machine.

check-in staff were efficient and helpful and completed the process quickly. the hotel offers convenient room service if you ever require assistance and the staff always showed professionalism. the team ensured all requests were handled promptly.
