Branden Baik, the vip concierge, helped a lot with planning. The room provided was great, the food was very nice, and the atmosphere was fun. I found a great food court close to the room. THE gym and pools are as expected, which i enjoyed.
The check-in process seemed slow and manual. Kiosk availability would enhance efficiency. I noticed a headline damage on the bed, inconsistent with a hotel of this reputation.

the hotel is large with much to see. check-in was easy. the room was comfortable with a jacuzzi. i liked the view, i could see all of it. it were easy to access many sites from hotel.
the parking garage was far from reception. this made carrying luggage difficult. it also was easy to get lost.

I upgraded my room to an Augustus Strip View with one King bed. The room offered ample space and provided wonderful views. I found clean towels and amenities well stocked each day.
The check-in line was long, but staff worked efficiently.

the furniture looked outdated the furniture was also damaged. i had to pay extra for wifi.

the check-in was seamless! ryan helped us get settled in quickly. the location proved excellent. i found many entertainment options within easy reach and the pool area was amazing. hiring a cabana offered a great experience. i found the staff quite friendly.
the minibar had a warning. moving items, even to look, could lead to charges. prices were pretty high. i wish there were complimentary coffee pods, especially given the keurig machine.
